Shipping Costs:
-Germany:
Insured shipping with tracking: FREE
-Europe:
1. Standard shipping (no tracking): 3,50€
or 2. Insured shipping with tracking:5,40€
-International:
1. Standard shipping (no tracking): 7.50€
or 2. Insured shipping with tracking: 11.50€
1. Shipping to USA costs more due to new customs regulations: 14.95€ (with tracking)
2. For orders over 100€: FREE Shipping with tracking
Please note: International orders that include pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. Orders within Germany can be shipped separately.
Processing Time (pre made items):
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Please contact the carrier directly for assistance in such cases.
- For shipments outside the European Union, orders sent without tracking are shipped at the buyer’s own risk. We strongly recommend selecting the tracked shipping option for all international deliveries.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other shipping issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
